Meanwhile, when Billy spots Shona’s £1k in an envelope on Adam’s desk, he takes it and shares it out amongst the factory workers. How will Shona react when she finds out where her money has gone?

Carmel apologises to Stacey for everything that’s happened between them but fails to admit she was the one responsible for calling social services. As Carmel takes the children home, Kush confronts her – he knows it was her.
Woody notices that Linda is in pain. She eventually admits that she has the same symptoms which led to her cancer diagnosis. Woody encourages her to tell Mick, but Linda is reluctant to upset him.

Ste returns to the village and tries to avoid Harry. He’s shocked when he hears that the police are planning to exhume Amy’s body and that Ryan has given his consent. Later, Tony overhears an argument between Harry and Ste, and thinks that Ste really did kill Amy. He’s about to call the police when Harry confesses that he’s the killer…
Elsewhere, Mac assets his authority over Brody; Nana returns prompting Cleo to reveal her pregnancy news.

Mrs Tembe receives a letter; Sid has been shortlisted for a diversity award, a prestigious award for those showing exceptional talent and promise. However, his reaction to the news is muted, especially when she describes it as important for ‘people such as ourselves’ to be recognised. Believing it to be ‘tokenism’, he declines. Sid confides in Al and Jimmi but will he change his mind?
