Pick of the Plots: Christmas Eve

SoapWorld takes a look at the latest goings on in EastEnders.

With Max’s life in pieces, Stacey does her best to support him but Max’s presence at the Fowler’s does not go down well with Martin. Max tries to build bridges with his daughters but they don’t want anything to do with him. Later, as everyone waits for the Nativity to start, Stacey – who has been roped in to play the Angel – gets dragged away after receiving a call from Max who’s left his wallet in the house, leaving Martin feeling put out again. At the Fowler’s, it doesn’t take Stacey long to realise that Max lied to her to get her alone…

Meanwhile, Karen finds a stash of mobile phones and is shocked when Chatham and Riley admit they’re the ones with light fingers. Karen asks Keegan to return Stacey’s phone.

Elsewhere, Mick is relieved when Phil doesn’t seem to mind that he’s pulled out of Aidan’s job; Aidan leaves a special gift for Mick with Whitney which she places under the tree; James Willmott-Brown spots Fi talking to Kathy.
