Over their healthy lunch, an annoyed Valerie asks Ayesha what is going on with her and Ruhma. Ayesha says that she can’t tell, but feels awful.
Meanwhile, Al calls an early meeting with Emma and Jimmi to share his 3 point plan on how to solve the problem of timewasters. Emma puts it to Al that a ‘timewasting patient’, may actually be someone with a mental illness or unidentified condition or maybe someone who is chronically lonely and needs support.
