SoapWeek: Corrie

Eva is caught out when both Adam and Leanne want to spoil her for her birthday – the former planning a trip to a sushi restaurant and the latter a boozy party. Her attempt to get out of both fails, with Adam offering to reschedule their date so she can go to Leanne’s party. At the party Eva swigs on lemonade disguised as Prosecco.

Meanwhile, Faye is shocked to find a prescription for Seb in Gary’s pocket. Arriving at Nicola’s flat, she’s further stunned to hear Seb on the intercom. Phelan arrives behind her. Nicola manages to hide Seb while Faye makes an excuse for her presence. Desperate to get Phelan out of the flat Nicola feigns problems with her pregnancy and he rushes her to hospital. Phelan asks Nicola to move in with him, will she accept?

Elsewhere, Aidan is nervous about donating his kidney to Carla; Sally is shocked when Tim offers Steve first refusal on his share of Streetcars so he can take Faye away from Weatherfield; and Adam has a stab of conscience about Billy.

SoapWeek: EastEnders

Michelle panics when she spots Stacey getting into a cab with the children and rushes to find Martin who discovers she is planning to take them to Brighton leading to a show down in the Square.

Meanwhile, Mariam and Arshad prepare to say goodbye to Daisy and when Dan and Ashley come to collect her, Mariam is touched by how they are with the little girl. After an emotional goodbye, Mariam and Arshad are left wondering about their future as foster carers but Arshad is distracted when he witnesses the argument between Martin and Stacey.

EastEnders, Friday at 8pm on BBC One. Repeated at 10pm on UKTV channel ‘W’.


SoapWeek: Emmerdale

Debbie’s on edge after inadvertently instigating the acid attack on Ross.

Meanwhile, Harriet’s suspicious of Laurel and Bob’s relationship but will Laurel confess?

Elsewhere, Gabby continues to blackmail Daz.

SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Imran turns up at The Dog where Misbah and Dirk are doing the pub quiz and spooks Dirk by telling him that Misbah thinks they’re on a date. Misbah is furious when she finds out and grounds Imran but when she accidentally breaks Imran’s camera during their argument, Imran storms out.

Meanwhile, DS Roxy arrests James for procuring Harry into sex work. Sami arrives at the station to represent him, set on sabotaging him. James knows what he’s up to.

Elsewhere, after Lily and Prince take a poorly Dee Dee to hospital, Lily rushes Diane into signing her consent for them to get married; Cleo is on cloud 9 when Brody asks her out on a date but her mood crashes when she gets a letter about Pete.

Hollyoaks, Friday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.


Doctors Pick of the Plots logo

Will and Ben apologise to each other. They make some plans for the weekend – some fun stuff together. As they walk back to the surgery, Will asks another question about Ben’s parents. But Ben is reluctant to open up; insisting his sexuality is only a part of who he is.

Will is incredulous, but tries to brush over it by giving Ben a kiss when they get closer to work. Ben flinches. “Not here”. Unable to take Ben being uncomfortable with who he is, Will snaps, telling Ben he needs to be more honest with himself before walking away.

Elsewhere, Heston finds himself in grave danger after playing detective.
