Max is in pieces following Lauren’s outburst and he interrogates Lauren for answers. After Lauren hits back, a drunken Max confronts Jay and pushes for information on where Abi has been buried but Jay refuses to give any details away. Later, Max has another go at confronting Lauren but soon realises he’s being lied to.
Meanwhile, Kim decides to take matters into her own hands regarding the family’s dire financial situation and tells Vincent she’s applying for a loan. Soon, Vincent opens up to her about the full extent of their problems. Wanting to help, Kim suggests selling her engagement ring but when Vincent refuses, she storms off.
Elsewhere, Donna enlists Robbie’s help with her money-making Valentine’s Day scam; Masood wins over Kathy.

Bob decides it’s time to be honest, telling Laurel that he doesn’t want Brenda and wants her instead. Bob tells Laurel that he knows she feels the same way, but how will she react?
Meanwhile, Aaron agrees to look after Seb for Robert, and lies to Alex he’s busy when he wants to spend the day with him. Alex is later hurt to realise what Aaron’s done.

Kyle plays on James’ insecurities and gets him to open up.
Meanwhile, Sienna reveals that she wants Joel and Maxine to be parents to Sebastian when she’s gone but she’s stunned when the oncologist tells her that she’s in remission.

Ruhma arrives home to find Heston slumped in the doorway. She yells at him for being reckless but her anger soon gives way to concern and she calls for an ambulance. In hospital, Heston tells Ruhma what happened to him. Ruhma is sceptical of his story – believing it to be a hallucination.
Once home, Rob comes to visit Heston, who also isn’t convinced that Heston didn’t hallucinate Liam. Rob agrees to go to the lab house anyway, but by the time he gets there, it’s been cleaned out. When Rob reports back, Heston is furious.
Elsewhere, Ben tries to untangle his thoughts about coming out.
