Meanwhile, Hope and Ruby slip away from Tyrone and Gemma and find themselves in the factory office, where they manage to start an electric saw. Tyrone finally comes clean to Fiz – Ruby’s behaviour has not improved whilst she has been away. Fiz is appalled and says she is taking Hope to stay with her at Chesney’s. Later, as Tyrone and Kirsty open up to each other about their disastrous relationships, Tyrone moves in for a kiss – will Gemma respond?

Elsewhere, Eva is keen to locate missing Billy; David is shocked when Gail tells him that his dad is emigrating to New Zealand and that his girlfriend is having baby; Mary tries to get Jude to apply for a job.; and having agreed that they can stay in Weatherfield Tim’s heart sinks when Sally says she wants to give the house a makeover.

The war between Aidan and Mick reaches a terrifying climax, but will Mick be able to overthrow Aidan and his ‘back-up’ to save The Vic?

Meanwhile, Masood believes he’s forgotten Mariam’s birthday when he gets home to find the place full of gifts and cards. Desperate, he goes off to find a card and finds himself at the Mitchell’s.

The police arrive to arrest Rebecca for burglary and attempted assault at Home Farm. At the station things become more clear as a doctor is called..

Meanwhile, Jacob defends Tracy and has a go at David for not standing by her. Can they resolve things?

SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Joel takes Cleo to the hospital to be checked over when she has a turn in the village. Later, the pair go to The Loft with Sebastian, unaware that Sienna is following them. Sienna snatches baby Sebastian when their attention is diverted, and later tries to claim that she had intercepted Warren trying to take the baby. However, Cleo can see through her lies.

Meanwhile, Grace finds Adam at the shallow grave of Trigger where him and Glenn buried him. She gives him a pep talk and tells him he has to be stronger to deal with working in the family business.

Elsewhere, Prince and Lily struggle to prove they haven’t married too soon.

Hollyoaks, Friday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.

Mrs Tembe sits at her desk preparing for the day, but she gets a call from the CQC, they are concerned and are coming in for a spot check. Soon, Leonora from the CQC turns up. She’s a lovely bumbling lady, and this puts them all at ease – but is it all a bluff?

Leonora condemns Daniels radio interview, and the idea that this ‘glitch’ hasn’t impacted patients – one is already dead! Al tries to answer Leonora’s questions about the IT issue, but then leaves abruptly when Daniel and Zara wind him up. Back in the Practice Managers office Leonora breaks it to them that it doesn’t look good. The staff are being put under undue pressure, patients are being neglected and they all should fear for their positions.
