Disney Channel is promising a bonanza of sizzling hot content with the launch of Incredible Summer.
‘Disney•Pixar’s Incredibles 2 bursts into UK cinemas on the 13th July. Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is called on to lead a campaign to bring Supers back, while Bob (voice of Craig T. Nelson) navigates the day-to-day heroics of “normal” life at home with Violet (voice of Sarah Vowell), Dash (voice of Huck Milner) and baby Jack-Jack—whose superpowers are about to be discovered’ – Disney Channel
Celebrating the release of Disney•Pixar’s Incredibles 2, and running throughout the whole of summer, from Monday 23rd July – Sunday 2nd September, the programming event will feature brand new season launches and premiere episodes every single day.
Kicking off the countdown to Incredible Summer with some serious super power will be Disney•Pixar’s 2004 blockbuster The Incredibles, which will air on Friday 13th July at 5.35pm – the same day as the cinematic release of the much-anticipated sequel.
Over seven jam-packed weeks, Disney Channel will be bursting at the seams with the freshest new content, aimed at kids aged 6-11 year olds, with some of the channels’ favourite stars also set to join the summer of fun. Highlights include the launch of Raven’s Home and its second series episode as well as a brand new docu-series, Bug Juice: My Adventures at Camp.
Also making its debut on Disney Channel will be DuckTales, it’ll be joined by series two episodes of Andi Mack and Disney also promise ‘never-before-seen animated short-form content’.
What’s more, Disney Channel will also be airing some of Disney’s much-loved classic animated movies, for the whole family to enjoy, including action comedy-drama, Mulan, and romantic fantasy tale, Aladdin. Disney Channel fans can also look forward to accessing new content on Disney Channel YouTube and the Disney Channel App every week of summer.
