The latest goings on in Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors.

SoapWeek: Corrie

Hannah tells Liz that the hospital is denying any wrongdoing and it will take too long to go through the courts to get the money. Liz researches the treatment Hannah needs and offers to help – she can only raise 10k, but Jim, apprised of Liz and Johnny’s past relationship thanks to Steve, spies an opportunity to make more. 

Meanwhile, Tracy is suspicious when Steve says he is going for a suit fitting, Steve sneaks off for his dance rehearsal with Abi. Determined to show Steve how much he means to her Tracy runs him a bath, gives him a massage and offers him a ‘free pass’ Steve is shocked.

Elsewhere, Peter has a meeting with a potential buyer for his share of Underworld; after the Gazette turns down his short story, Ken offers them Claudia’s idea of tales from a hair salon and later tries to persuade her to tell him some; and after a day spent looking into Duncan, Tim thanks Gina for her support but could she be developing feelings for him?

Coronation Street, Monday at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV, STV and UTV.


SoapWeek: EastEnders

Mick gets off to a bad start in prison but is relieved when his cellmate, Bob, steps in to help. Meanwhile, Stuart revels in Mick’s predicament.

Desperate to wish Johnny a happy birthday, Mick enquires about a burner phone and is told to speak to another inmate, Fraser, who asks a favour of him. Mick does as he is told but is horrified when he realises the ramifications of his actions.

Meanwhile, Jack and Mel talk through their issues and call a truce with a hug. They are interrupted by Ray and with Mel called away to work, Ray and Jack wind each other up.

Also, Sonia worries about Bex who wants to quit Sixth Form as it reminds her of Shakil; Keanu, keen to prove himself to Sharon by finding a job, settles on the idea of becoming a minicab driver.

EastEnders, Monday at 8pm on BBC One.


SoapWeek: Emmerdale

Charity is in self-destruct mode and is angry at her family for doing nothing when her dad threw her out as a teenager. As Charity heads off in search of more vodka, she overhears Cain remark that she’s never going to change.

Elsewhere, Dr Cavanagh’s interest is piqued to hear of discord between Daz and Bernice; Rishi feels excluded as Manpreet and Priya enjoy each other’s company.

SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Nancy is determined to tell Luke about Mandy’s plan to leave him. She confronts Mandy and blames her for not noticing Ollie’s abuse. Mandy snaps and tells her that it was Darren who she was having an affair with.

Nancy and Darren are meeting with the social worker to see if they can officially foster Brooke. Due to her run-in with Mandy, Nancy arrives late but the meeting is successful. However, alone with Darren, Nancy tells him to pack his bags and get out.

Elsewhere, Brody and Damon are shocked to find out who the new owners of The Dog are. Brody decides to organise a fundraiser at The Dog to raise money for Ollie.

Hollyoaks, Monday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.

Karen is back from holiday, and doesn’t want to hear any bad news from Valerie, who is itching to tell her about Smail. Ayesha tells Sid about her interview, and they both say they are considering his offer but aren’t quite convinced by Smail himself. Mrs Tembe and Zara discuss how to deal with Smail, when Valerie comes in to say she is considering what might happen if Smail approached her.

Later, Ayesha goes to see Mrs Tembe, as Smail has upped his pay offer by 8%. Trying to avert a crisis, Mrs Tembe explains to Ayesha why she thinks she should stay. She then calls Smail, with Daniel and Zara present, to try to resolve things. Snail is charm personified and invites Mrs Tembe to his surgery tomorrow, however he crosses a line when he calls her Winifred…

Elsewhere, Karen asks Leo if he has any news of James and is frustrated by his response.
