One to Watch: I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Sunday 9pm, ITV, STV and UTV

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! is back which can mean only one thing… the time has come for a brand new cast of celebrities to head down under and battle it out in TV’s toughest entertainment challenge.

Leaving their plush pads and luxuries far behind, our celebrity campers will spend up to three weeks taking on the harsh surroundings of the Australian Jungle, with a whole host of brand new nasty surprises created just for them.

The ten stars heading into the jungle on launch night are football manager Harry Redknapp, Coronation Street performer Sair Khan, DIY SOS presenter Nick Knowles, singer – Fleur East, popstar James McVey, ‘The Governess’ from game show The Chase Anne Hegerty, Hollyoaks actor Malique Thompson-Dwyer, comedy performer Emily Atack, Doctor Who personality John Barrowman MBE and former EastEnders star Rita Simons.

Last year’s highlights included ‘Strawberry-Gate’ courtesy of Amir Khan, “He’s a very small man” Dennis Wise, Stanley Johnson’s musings and fearless Georgia “Toff” Toffolo being crowned Queen of the Jungle.

Ant’s had a make-over for the 2018 run as Dec is joined by This Morning personality Holly.

This year’s campmates will find themselves cut off from the outside world and praying the public doesn’t send them straight into a dreaded Bushtucker Trial. Who will be crowned this year’s King or Queen of the Jungle? Declan Donnelly and Holly Willoughby will present all the big stories live from the Jungle every night.

Over on ITV2 Scarlett Moffatt, Joel Dommett and Joe Swash all return to host I’m A Celebrity… Extra Camp, which airs nightly straight after the main ITV programme. The show will be hosted live every night by the straight-talking Jungle fanatics who will each bring their own unique take on what’s happening in camp. They’ll get all the latest behind the scenes gossip with unseen clips, exclusive interviews and the insider guide to the dreaded Bushtucker Trials.

Viewers are invited to join the lively debates via social media and the app as well as putting their questions directly to the campmates live in the studio once they’ve left the Jungle. There will also be a host of star names dropping in for a chat.

A higher quality selection of celebs this year, no TOWIE or Made in Chelsea ‘stars’ for 2018.
