Stevie is desperate to avoid prison, Caitlin and Logan find the Tall Ship is under threat, and Amber makes a discovery that leaves her questioning the truth.

River City, Tuesday at 8pm on BBC One Scotland.


SoapWeek: EastEnders

Jean panics when Stacey books her an appointment with the GP. Jean orders Stacey to stay in the waiting room and then sneaks off before the doctor has a chance to talk to her. Back home, Stacey confronts Jean forcing her to cover and when Kat returns, Stacey tells her she needs to step-up with Cherry as it’s too much for Jean to handle.

Later, Kat is stunned when she comes across an appointment letter in Jean’s room whilst searching for something of Cherry’s. Realising Jean could have cancer, Kat tries to comfort her but Jean demands she keeps it a secret from Stacey.

Elsewhere, Rainie attends a NA meeting and is stunned when Stuart turns up, she keeps out of view as he talks about Dot; Jay worries about Ruby; Mick and Linda prepare for their trip to Australia; and Mitch takes up a new opportunity to help pay back his debt to Patrick.

EastEnders, Tuesday at 7.30pm on BBC One.


SoapWeek: Emmerdale

Realising that Kerry has got social services involved, Debbie worries that Cain could lose Kyle.

Meanwhile, Liv’s thrown to see Jacob on her doorstep and when she awkwardly gives him a present, a guilty Jacob assures her he loves it. Jacob’s worried when Maya sees Liv kiss him.

Emmerdale, Tuesday at 7pm on ITV, STV and UTV.


SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Mac confronts Juliet about giving the voicemail to James, but he soon realises that she never heard it. Juliet is furious that James went behind her back. Lily tries to talk to her, but Juliet only gets angrier and throws a brick through the school window.

Meanwhile, Breda receives an anonymous letter with a picture of Louis’ burnt belongings. She takes a call from someone who threatens to pass on the evidence to the police. Luring her to the village, her blackmailer orders her to steal something from Price Slice as a test. She reluctantly does, but Walter catches her in the act and calls the police.

Elsewhere, Mercedes and Goldie track down Sylver’s mum. Mercedes tells him and they go to meet her. Diane realizes that Lily needs as much support as she can get and convinces her to go after Romeo. At the same time, Cindy offers Romeo a shoulder to cry on and, seeing them through the window, Lily turns away. Cleo is nervous ahead of a date with Mitchell.

Hollyoaks, Tuesday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.

The witch hunt against Al continues and Jimmi thinks he should just apologise to the driver but Al thinks that would be an admission of guilt. Becky puts her foot down with Al – he has to apologise and go on an anger management course.

Meanwhile, Rob quizzes Addison on the original investigation into the Grant Hill murder case. Addison thinks Charlotte is guilty as hell, but Rob questions the fact that no one could ever pinpoint any motive for her to have carried out the killing. Addison’s heckles rise.

Later, Rob catches up with Joyce about the case and suggests that Emma and Valerie might have crossed over with Grant during their time working at the PCT. Joyce’s ear prick up at the mention of Valerie’s name – it’s come up before.

Doctors, Tuesday at 1.45pm on BBC One.
