McGuinness will replace Fearne Cotton on the ITV2 series.

Top Gear and Take Me Out presenter Paddy McGuiness is stepping into Fearne’s shoes

ITV2 and Talkback have confirmed that Paddy McGuinness will be the new team captain on Celebrity Juice whilst Stacey Solomon will also join the team as a series regular.

“I was a guest on the first ever episode and I’ve done every series since so I’ve always felt like part of the Juice family. Keith’s one of my best mates, I love Holly and we all have a natural rapport. I’m looking forward to the chaos!” – Paddy McGuiness

Fronted by Leigh Francis’ out-to-shock comic creation, Keith Lemon, Celebrity Juice was launched in 2008 and features a mix of games, stunts, challenges and celebrity guests. Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby have hitherto been the series’ resident team captains – whilst both have been temporarily replaced before, Cotton announced her intention to step back from the format on a more permanent basis in December of last year.

“I’m so bloomin’ excited to be joining the Juice family. I have loved the show since it began and always enjoyed being a guest so to get to be part of the furniture is a dream come true. So here goes nothing. Wahoo.” – Stacey Solomon

Viewers will be able to see the exciting new line up when Celebrity Juice returns in March.
