Kiera Weathers and Seann Miley Moore have become the latest acts to lose their places on the X Factor.
Kiera lost her place after coming bottom of the public vote. She found herself in the bottom two last week alongside Alien Uncovered and was saved by the judges. Kiera told hosts Olly Murs and Caroline Flack that she had a feeling she’d be in the bottom two after last week. Her mentor, Rita Ora, praised Kiera saying she was “proud” of what she had achieved so far.
“I came out last night and did me so I’m more than happy with that. I did me, i was me.” – Kiera Weathers
The big shock of the night came when it was revealed that Seann Miley Moore and Mason Noise would be in the sing-off. Simon Cowell and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini chose to save Seann, with Rita Ora opting to give Mason one more chance.
Nick Grimshaw, who mentors both acts, voted to send home Seann in order to take it to deadlock. He said: “This is really hard to do because I’m fans of both of them… they’re my friends”. It was then revealed to a shocked audience that Seann had the least votes and would be leaving the competition.
“Its been an incredible journey but the show must go on.” – Seann Miley Moore
The X Factor continues next weekend on ITV.
