The new series of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! begins this Sunday and rumours are rife about which stars will be camping in the Oz outback.
One of the big star names all but confirmed to be entering is Hollyoaks actress Jorgie Porter. She was pictured over the weekend landing in Brisbane before being whisked away by I’m A Celebrity staff. Jorgie, who is best known for playing Theresa McQueen in the Channel 4 soap, is said to be replacing former Hollyoaks star Stephanie Davies who has pulled out due to medical reasons.
The Sun reports that Susannah Constantine has signed a mega money deal to be in this year’s show. The newspaper claims the former ‘What Not To Wear’ star has signed a £200,000 deal in a bid to kick start her career. Constantine and her co-star Trinny Woodall rose to fame on the BBC fashion show in the early 2000s.
Former Premier League footballer Kieron Dyer has also been pictured landing at Brisbane airport. The Mirror claims that show bosses were keen to get another high profile footballer after the success of Jimmy Bullard on last year’s series. Although nothing has been confirmed, landing at Brisbane airport just days before filming begins for I’m A Celebrity has set tongues wagging.
Other names linked to this year’s series include former boxer Chris Eubank, who is no stranger to reality television having appeared on the first celebrity edition of Big Brother for Comic Relief. Yvette Fielding who gained a legion of fans on Most Haunted and The Only Way Is Essex star Ferne McCann who it is hoped will fair better than former Essex star Gemma Collins who dramatically quit last year after just three days.
Ant and Dec return with I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! on Sunday 15th November at 9.00pm on ITV.
