David is set free in Coronation Street, Whitney is ready to party in EastEnders, Moira blabs in Emmerdale and a face from the past returns to Hollyoaks.
The police call at No.8 to question Gail about David’s whereabouts on the morning the attack took place towards Macca. David however is released when the police concede the Platt’s had nothing to do with the beating.
The police breathing down his neck however fails to stop David from resuming his plan to get revenge on Kylie’s killer and he sets off to the hospital where Macca lies fighting for his life.
Elsewhere tonight Eileen demands to know what’s going on with the twice-sold apartment but Todd and Phelan give her fake reassurances. Elieen is left fuming. Izzy and Gary spot Bethany out running and are concerned when they realise she’s doing too much. Sarah’s perturbed by it all.
When David returns home from the hospital he is met by the family liaison officer who tells him that he’ll no longer be required to give evidence at Clayton’s trial. An incensed David admits to Nick that he went to the hospital to see Macca.

It’s the day of the plea hearing, concerning those accused of killing Paul, and Pam desperately tries to make amends with Les over her visit to Diane, which has jeopardised the case, but has no luck. Outside, Les and Pam are touched by the locals who show their support. The couple head to court to hear if Simon and the rest of the men will plead guilty or not guilty.
Elsewhere, Whitney prepares for her hen party, a positive Lee gives Whitney a touching gift and impressed by his positive outlook, Mick gives some cash to Lee. As Whitney’s hen do commences, she isn’t too happy to discover it’s a sophisticated and low-key affair.
