Jill Phelps to launch new soap for Nickelodeon

Former General Hospital showrunner Jill Phelps is launching a new soap for Nickelodeon. Phelps, who helmed the ABC medical soap for ten years, is teaming up with producer Josh Griffiths to launch Reach for a Star for Nickelodeon.
