Strictly Come Dancing{jcomments on}Former Neighbours actress Holly Valance and John Prescott have reportedly been approached to take part in the next series of Strictly Come Dancing.

John Prescott, the former Deputy Prime Minister, has reportedly been offered the chance to be in the next series of Strictly Come Dancing but has turned down the offer according to The Sun. Australian actress Holly Valance has also been approached and is likely to take part according to the tabloid newspaper. Valance played Flick Scully in Neighbours between 1999 and 2002 when she left to pursue a pop career.

The actress isn’t the only former Neighbours cast member rumoured to be involved in the next series of Strictly Come Dancing. Jason Donavan, who played Scott Robinson in the 1980s, has also been approached according to reports. Other ‘stars’ linked to the next series include Nancy Dell’Olio, Robbie Savage and Russell Grant. The One Show host Alex Jones is also linked according to several reports.
