Broadcast over four series between 2002 and 2005 the show followed singer Ozzy and his wife and children at their home and work.
Speaking to Classic Rock magazine the 64-year-old Black Sabbath rocker said there would be no chance of the show being revived and that he would ‘never’ take part in reality television again.
That was a period of my career I’m glad is gone. Sharon’s turned into this television person now. She’s always saying, ‘You’re coming on the show, aren’t you?’ And I’m going, ‘No! I hate doing TV!, adding, Sharon got a career out of it but I’m not interested. I don’t like showbiz. – Ozzy Osbourne
Ozzy’s wife Sharon has become, since those MTV days, a popular television personality appearing as a judge on The X Factor in the UK and America’s Got Talent stateside.
Sharon’s obsessed with that showbiz lifestyle. But it’s not for me. Leave me out of it. Sharon’s always introducing me to people I don’t know or want to meet. – Ozzy Osbourne
Black Sabbath are currently number one in the Album charts, after a wait of 43 years since their last chart topper.
