Being politically correct is all very well and nice, having people in wheelchairs in your station idenity is, well, lovely. But to reflect every creed, colour and human on this planet you’d possibly be better off using a globe as your logo. Because, you see, a globe represents everyone.
Yes, a globe features every country; thus everything, everyone and every culture that country stands for. The most politically correct symbol you could ever wish to use is a spinning view of our world.
Of course common sense and the BBC rarely go hand-in-hand. Still dear Aunty Beeb, if you think some ballet dancers falling from a celing and skateboarders in a dockyard are better representatives of everyone, then who are we to complain?
