Channel 4 reveal additional Stand up to Cancer programming

This Autumn Channel 4 will once again bring stars from across the worlds of show business together in a dedicated week of Stand Up To Cancer programming.

Jamie Laing is SU2C with Channel 4

The line-up includes celebrity editions of Gogglebox, First Dates and, for the first time, the real life thriller Hunted. Elsewhere, The Last Leg team will be joined by some star guests for a special SU2C edition of the award-winning show.

The Internet, Cancer & Me is a documentary following three extraordinary young cancer patients who intimately record their own life and death battles with cancer and post the videos online for the world to see. Filmed over the course of a year, each patient deals with the high and lows of unpredictable scan results, the dramatic physical changes they endure, and the perpetual hope of defying the odds.

As in previous years, Gogglebox: Celebrity Special for Stand Up To Cancer will see celebrities offer their take on TV programmes alongside the show’s regular families. In Celebrity First Dates Fred, Sam, CiCi, Merlin and Laura will reopen their doors once more to celebrity singletons seeking their perfect partner.

And in Celebrity Hunted the Hunted format is back but this time it’s not ordinary Brits going on the run, it’s celebrities as the title suggests. Seven famous faces – Made in Chelsea’s Jamie Laing and Spencer Matthews, Jay McGuinness and Siva Kaneswaran from The Wanted, Gogglebox’s Steph and Dom and Anneka Rice – will attempt to remain at large for two weeks as a crack team of hunters try and track them down.

The Last Leg will return for a SU2C special.
