America has a huge party coming up. The country will be buzzing with patriotic revere, and if you can’t make the roof top bars in NYC or the beach parties in Miami, then head on down to GOAT.

The Chelsea-based Italian-American restaurant is harking back to its American heritage by throwing a red, white, and blue bash to celebrate Independence Day. On Wednesday, 4th July from 7pm GOAT will be celebrating all things Uncle Sam. The only way to celebrate this freedom fest is with free entry, of course.

Guests are welcome to visit the establisment for a special American-themed cocktail masterclass in the DRINK bar. From 7-9pm, you’ll have a chance to salute our gorgeous bar-staff as you’re trained to shake and stir a Georgia mint julep, Old Fashioned, Martinez, Mary Pickford, and Clover Club. Finished with drinking like Sarah Jessica Parker by learning how to make a fruity Cosmopolitan.

To keep the patriotic passion going, guests can hit the dancefloor with a DJ spinning the All-American tunes ‘till 1am. Dance under the stars… the stars of the star bangled flag, at least, as GOAT is splashed with all things stars and stripes: bunting, flags, and more. The star-spangled 4th July party is the place to be; all Americans can have any cocktail for free. Just flash an American ID or if your New York accent could make you an extra in Goodfellas for a free cocktail.

Between the drinks, guests can get the hands dirty by baking up USA flag-shaped brownie cakes. Freedom has never tasted this good before. Entry is free, and like the land of the free itself, all are welcome.
