UKTV and GoMedia partner to bring rail passengers UKTV Play content

UKTV Play brings comedy and entertainment to rail passengers with new GoMedia deal.

GoMedia, Europe’s leading onboard infotainment systems developer for rail and coach operators, this week teamed up with UKTV as its newest content partner, ensuring passengers arrive at their destination with a smile on their faces.

Passengers on West Midlands Railways’ trains will have noticed this past week they’ve been able to enjoy shows from UKTV Play, the broadcaster’s on-demand service. The content update brings more than 300 episodes from the network’s Dave, Really and Yesterday channels. Programmes include Jon Richardson: Ultimate Worrier, Dara O Briain’s Go 8 Bit, Yianni: Supercar Customiser, Into the Fire and Football’s 47 Best Worst Songs.

By September, UKTV shows will also be available for Chiltern, c2c Rail, TransPennine Express and Greater Anglia passengers.
