A host of betting opportunities, from the sensible to the silly, have gone on offer for Saturday’s Britain’s Got Talent final, which as usual will be a fiercely contested battle.

Essex opera duo Jonathan and Charlotte are the odds-on favourites to win at 10/11 but their price has drifted today due to strong support for Ashleigh and Pudsey. Money is flooding in for Pudsey the talented pooch and 17-year-old trainer Ashleigh , whose odds have been clipped to 2/1 from 9/4. You can even place money at 12/1 on nerves getting the better of Pudsey and him fouling the stage!

Irish songwriter Ryan O’Shaugnessy wowed the judges with a self-penned song of unrequited love on Thursday’s semi-final and his odds have been slashed from 20/1 to 15/2 third favourite.

The most controversial act of the competition, Loveable Rogues, would result in the biggest pay-out for Sky Bet. The trio are a well backed selection at 9/1.

The judges will choose a wildcard act to reintroduce into the final and Sky Bet make Manchester boy band The Mend clear favourites at 1/2 to be given a second chance.

Britain’s Got Talent hit an all-time low in the ratings on Tuesday with just 6.8 million people tuning in but recovered to 8.2million on Thursday. It’s 20/1 that Simon Cowell announces that this series will be the last.

You can also back the judges to buzz and blub! It’s 5/2 that Alesha and Amanda cry during the live show and 7/2 that Simon hits the buzzer during any performance.

The live final takes place on Saturday night, 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITV1 HD and Sky Bet will be offering live betting throughout.
