Katelyn Benton brings music an ‘appropriately timed concept’ with Burning Down

The track is a magnificent, emotional landscape…

Katelyn Benton’s new single Burning Down is a slow ballad turned upbeat pop hit, with a perfect contrast of dramatic, somber piano yet theatrical vocals that will surely make you feel like the main character; someone living in a crisis behind closed doors when no one cares.

An appropriately timed concept. Katelyn’s melodic voice and explosive delivery along with her hard hitting lyrics create a magnificent, emotional landscape. About Katelyn Katelyn Benton is a singer, songwriter, and pianist whose dreamy and dark alt pop connects the mysterious dots between Debussy and Disney movie soundtracks with an introspective, whimsical touch.
