ITV Studios are currently searching for couples and teams of two with a passion for cooking who want to demonstrate their skills and in the process could win a cash prize.
“We aren’t looking for professional chefs, but we do want to hear from keen amateurs who love cooking.” The broadcaster states.
The ten-part hour long food fest is to challenge three teams to create two meals served to the public via food vans across the UK. The team who makes the most profit from their day of sales wins the takings.
“Cook Me the Money combines four of the greatest British passions—food, money, relationships and travel—in one original format. It offers the audience the chance to join our teams as they struggle to turn their cooking dreams into cash, in what is sure to be a culinary and visual feast!” said Alex Gardiner, the creative director of ITV Studios, commented.
