The BBC has announced that Kylie Minogue has joined The Voice UK.
The pop sensation will be a coach on the third series of the talent show when it returns next year.
Minogue is the first new coach to be announced following the news that Jessie J and last year’s winning coach Danny O’Donoghue have decided to leave the show after two series.

The search for new talent is such an important aspect of the music industry and The Voice UK gives us all a part to play in that.
Will I be competitive? Probably more than even I imagine! Watch this space! – Kylie Minogue
Meanwhile, the BBC has confirmed that Sir Tom Jones and will.i.am will be back in their spinning red chairs for the third series.
The final coach for the new series will be announced in due course.
