Chef and TV personality Lorraine Pascale is to give six novice cooks a helping hand in the kitchen in a new factual series for BBC Two.
How To Be A Better Cook sees Lorraine help the inexperienced cooks create delicious and deceptively easy recipes to wow their friends and family at a surprise dinner party.
“With this series, we want to make cooking accessible for everyone – no matter their experience level. I’ll be joining people in their own kitchens and showing them just how easy it is to whip up food that’s guaranteed to impress.” – Lorraine Pascale.
Lorraine will also take the cooks on a special trip to inspire them and help them grow in confidence – be it cooking Chinese food at a street stall or making their own cocktail at a top London bar.
“Lorraine’s no-nonsense approach to cooking has been a huge hit with BBC Two audiences, and we’re delighted she’ll be back with this series aimed specifically at inspiring even the most unconfident among us to get cooking.” – Alison Kirkham, BBC Head of Commissioning for Factual Features and Formats
The six part series will air later this year.
