ITV has announced that Paul O’Grady: For The Love of Dogs is to return to the channel for a third series.
The factual-entertainment series, produced by Shiver, will be back on-screen in the autumn with animal lover O’Grady visiting Battersea’s animal facilities in London, in Brands Hatch in Kent and in Old Windsor in Berkshire.

The eleven episode series sees Paul speak to staff at Battersea’s homes about the dogs in their care, and meet homeless/stray dogs and follow their progress throughout their time at Battersea. For The Love of Dogs recently picked up a National Television Award and a TRIC award for its second series which attracted 6 million viewers per episode.
