Lucy Kay and Yanis Marshall, Arnaud & Mehdi are the latest acts to make it through to the final of Britain’s Got Talent.

Operatic singer Lucy Kay won the public vote on the third semi-final on Wednesday. French dancers Yanis Marshall, Arnaud and Mehdi got through after the judges failed to decide between them and street dance group Cartel.

David Walliams and Alesha Dixon chose Yanis Marshall, Arnaud and Mehdi. Amanda Holden backed Cartel along with Simon Cowell, which took most by surprise having criticised them at the auditions and during the live semi-final for keeping elder member Jamie.

Lucy Kay and Yanis Marshall, Arnaud and Mehdi join Collabro, Darcy Oake, The Addict Initiative and James Smith in the grand final which takes place on Saturday 7th June.

Britain’s Got Talent semi-final continues tonight at 7.30pm on ITV.
