S Club 7 are to reunite next month for the first time since their split in 2003.
The seven-piece pop band will perform a medley of their hits on the BBC Children in Need Appeal show on Friday 14th November. S Club 7 burst on to our screens and stormed the pop charts in 1999 with their hit song ‘Bring It All Back’.
In 2001 they supported Children in Need when they released the official charity single ‘Never Had A Dream Come True’, which charted at number one in the singles chart.
Tina Barrett, Paul Cattermole, Jon Lee, Bradley McIntosh, Jo O’Meara, Hannah Spearritt, and Rachel Stevens comprise the group who the beeb note will ‘perform a medley of their greatest hits live on the appeal show for a UK TV audience of millions’.
“We’re massive fans of BBC Children in Need and it was great to be able to support the charity all those years ago. We’re really looking forward to bringing it all back for Pudsey, for BBC Children In Need and for all our fans who have been so great over the years. This is going to be the mega S Club party of all time!” – S Club 7
Speculation that the band would reunite has been a recurring theme over the years, gathering pace since the launch of ITV2’s The Big Reunion. Three members of the group, O’Meara, Cattermole and McIntosh reunited a few years ago to perform some of their greatest hits.
