Tinchy Stryder and Kendra Wilkinson have become the latest celebrities to leave I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
The rapper and former Playboy model departed the jungle in tonight’s episode of the ITV reality series after losing out in the latest public vote.
Reflecting on his experience, Tinchy told Ant & Dec “I’ve really enjoyed it. I’ve learnt so much and I’m so proud of myself that I’ve made it this far.”
Tinchy said he had faced fears during the trials, but got through them by remaining calm as his campmates had needed him to win food.
He went on to praise Michael Buerk, with whom he’d formed a friendship, describing the broadcaster as “my right hand in there”.
Tinchy said he would like Mel to win the show.
Kendra admitted that she had known little about the show before entering “I thought I was walking into a fake movie set. I thought I was going to put on an act and get fed under the table [but] it’s not how it works around here.”
Having partaken in the most trials so far this series, Kendra revealed “I’m a little desensitised to cockroaches and critters now thank you very much. I used all my adrenaline that first week.”
Reflecting on her row with Edwina, she explained ” I was in a very vulnerable state of mind at that point. I wanted to share my story with people and here she is attacking me while I’m in the most vulnerable place and it hurt.
“How dare a woman of her age and what she does attack someone like me in that state. I’m a young mum. I’m doing this for my kids. We’re all here to feed our families.”
Kendra also said she would like Mel to win the series.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues tomorrow at 9.30pm on ITV
