Former Coronation Street actor Ken Morley has been removed from the Celebrity Big Brother house.
The actor was given a formal warning by producers on Saturday over a number of offensive remarks he had made towards other housemates.
A statement issued by Channel 5 confirms that further action has now been taken as Morley has continued to use “unacceptable and offensive” language.
“Ken Morley has been removed from the Celebrity Big Brother house for using unacceptable and offensive language following his formal warning. Tuesday’s eviction is now cancelled and lines are now closed. Anyone who has already voted will be able to apply for a full refund and details will be available on the Big Brother website within 24 hours.” – Channel 5
Morley is the second celebrity to be ejected from the house this series after Baywatch star Jeremy Jackson was removed following a “wholly unacceptable” incident with Chloe Goodman which is currently being looked at by Hertfordshire Police.
Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight at 9.00pm on Channel 5.
