Cami Li has become the fifth celebrity to be evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house.
The glamour model’s eviction came as a surprise to the housemates, occurring a short while after Big Brother apprised them of the results of yesterday’s nominations.
Tonight’s Live Bombshell show featured studio links with Emma Willis and Rylan Clark interspersed around yesterday’s house action, with the final segment of the show airing live as Big Brother revealed who is facing the next eviction. Before confirming that Cami Li, Keith Chegwin and Katie Price were up for the public vote alongside Perez Hilton, Big Brother played a VT of the nominations they received into the house. In a second show this evening titled Celebrity Big Brother: The Fallout the lines opened for a short time for the public to vote, with Emma entering the house to evict Cami Li in person soon afterwards.
Joining Emma in the Bit On The Side studio, Cami Li said: “I was living in a nightmare but it was home. It’s bitter sweet in the sense that I can get out [and] call my mom and my nieces.” Cami Li defended her decision to accept her letter from home during a task stating “Because it was twisted fairy-tale some people thought if we all gave up our letters they have to give us [all] our letters. No boo-boo, it doesn’t work that way, I wanna get my letter.”
Addressing her fractious relationship with Perez, Cami Li revealed that she had actually been looking forward to meeting him as they are both from Miami and said: “I did say in one of my interviews I was gonna really love him or really hate him.” On being out before him, she added: “I think he’ll make it to the final, but it’s all an act so don’t fall for it. He’s a manipulator.”
Cami Li explained that Perez interacting with her like a journalist is what initially rubbed her up the wrong way. Speculating over what the house would’ve been like without him, she said: “I don’t think it would have been as explosive. People wouldn’t have walked [or] gotten kicked out.”
On her flirtation with Calum, she insisted that he’s just a friend, adding: “He’s a great guy, a very nice guy, very respectful.”
The lines have now reopened for the public to vote for their winner of Celebrity Big Brother 15. The two housemates with the least votes will be evicted on Wednesday. The live final will air on Friday.
