International Emmy and Rose D’or nominated Executive Producer Richard Cook has joined Leopard Films USA. With a 15 year track record across terrestrial television such as Channel 4 and ITV as well as new media such as Vice, Skype and Red Bull TV he joins the organisation as Vice President of Talent.

Leopard Films USA, part of the Argonon group, will see Cook reporting into Argonon CEO James Burstall, taking up his new role on 17th November and will be part of the production company’s ambitious growth plans by building on its successful lifestyle slate and expansion into new genres, with a strong focus on character-driven docusoap, formats and factual entertainment. His reputation for not only developing projects for broadcasters but for a number of new media platforms will be a focus for his new role.
Cook joins from Pulse Films where he was Acting Head of Television responsible for hit formats such as The Cruise Ship (ITV) and Pro-Gamers (Ch4). While at 10 Group previously as Head of Television, Cook made Ask Simon for Skype with Simon Cowell and a series of short form content set at the Jay-Z curated Made in America Festival in Philadelphia, also for Skype. He spent eight years at Eyeworks / At It Productions as Head of Television working on Channel 4’s music content including T4, Popworld, Transmission with T-Mobile and the broadcast of the first ever iTunes Music Festival.
