For the first time Irish singing and television stars John McNicholl and Mary Byrne are to bring their SIXTIES ‘n’ LOVE show to the UK for a limited run of live dates.
From Ballyfermot, Dublin, Mary has been a popular presence in the world of music since 2010 after becoming a finalist on the seventh series of search-for-a-singer talent show The X Factor. The former supermarket worker wowed ITV audiences with her incredible success story and powerful vocals.
Success since the appearances on ITV have seen three studio albums released, numerous television appearances including on Ireland’s long running The Late, Late Show, performing as part of Grease: the Musical on stage and singing at a special gala performance in Dublin to mark Queen Elizabeth II’s visit to the Republic of Ireland.
As part of the Sixties and Love performances Mary will be singing massive 1960’s classics from performance legends such as Dusty Springfield, Cilla Black and many more.
