Sky have apologised to customers after some were unable to purchase the highly publicised boxing match last night.
Some customers were unable to purchase the fight between Britain’s David Haye and the Ukrainian champion Wladimir Klitschko. The technical problems only affected those customers who were trying to buy the match through the phone and online.
Sky released a statement shortly after apologising to customers and say that they actively encourage those who want to watch Pay Per View events to book early although such was the demand last night, some of the systems could not cope. Those booking through their Sky remote control had no problems.
Sky are currently replaying the fight at various times today for free.
