Yesterday Rupert Murdoch confirmed The Sun on Sunday will launch “very soon” but will you buy it?

The new Sunday paper will launch to replace the News of the World which Murdoch closed down last year in light of the phone-hacking scandal. It was expected that the Sun on Sunday would launch relatively soon after the demise of NOTW but its launch date has reportedly been pushed back several times over concerns about public opinion.

The news that the Sun on Sunday will launch “very soon” comes after five senior Sun journalists were arrested earlier this month as part of Operation Elvedon; the police investigation into illegal payments in return for stories and information.
