SKY and ESPN team up to broadcast FA Cup in 3D

ESPN Jointly has announced with Sky, that the FA Cup Final in May will be in 3D.  The match between Stoke and Manchester City will be on channel 217, on SKY 3D but will remain a ESPN production.   The news highlights further the close bond between Sky and ESPN as in the past Sky have helped out ESPN in terms of producing live football games. Formula 1 in HD This Season

The BBC has confirmed that every Formula 1 race will be in High Definiton this season as Formula One Managment announced they would be providing an HD feed for broadcasters.   Formula 1 has been criticised for being ‘behind the times‘ compared to other sports who have had HD for a few years. BBC Axe Legard for F1 2011
