Tyzack, who died aged 79 after a short illness, had a long stage, including work with the Royal Shakespeare Company, career. Her television roles were also varied and often within lavish drama and also teen-aimed saga EastEnders more recently. From the original BBC version of The Forsyte Saga to more recently Midsomer Murders.
