BBC LOGOThe BBC in the midlands are to host a Just the Job Live event at Coventry Central Hall with inspirational speakers including Fiona Phillips and Neil Clough.

The two day free event aims to offer practical hands-on advice, real help and useful insight to help people seeking employment get their foot firmly on the job ladder.

Just the Job Live follows an ambitious campaign which began in April 2013 by radio station BBC Coventry & Warwickshire. With the economy and jobs always high on the agenda, the local broadcaster embarked on a project with the aim of finding a small group of unemployed people in Coventry and Warwickshire and then provide them the skills they would need to find their way back into employment.

Speakers taking part in the latest venture incldue Lord Digby Jones,  face of GMTV Fiona Phillips and Neil Clough from the latest series of BBC One’s The Apprentice. Neil notes:

It’s a pleasure to be involved in ‘Just the Job’, a campaign aimed at helping people get back into work. Unemployment rates are still far too high and it’s important that we help people gain the skills and confidence they need to get back into the workplace.

Just the Job Live takes place on Tuesday the 3rd of September and Wednesday September 4th at Coventry Central Hall.
