Original Tomorrow People Actor Joins The CW Reboot

Tomorrow PeopleNicholas Young, one of the stars of the original Tomorrow People, is to appear in the American remake.

TV Line reports that Nicholas Young will appear in several episodes of The CW’s re-imaged version of The Tomorrow People. Young starred in the original British series that ran on ITV between 1973 and 1979. Young starred in 68 episodes of the original series as John.

When The Tomorrow People ended actor Nicholas Young appeared in several episodes of Space 1999 and the Secret Army sequel series Kessler. In The CW’s version the actor will play Aldus Crick; a scientist who discovered the titular gifted people.

The CW’s version of The Tomorrow People will star Robbie Amell, Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Mark Pellegrino and will feature the voice of former Downton Abbey actor Dan Stevens.

The Tomorrow People premiers October 9th on The CW.
