Generic Theatre Stage shot - ATV 2007London’s Unicorn Theatre is offering must scream fun for Halloween.

On Thursday 31st October for Halloween, the Unicorn will be transformed into a spooky, atmospheric cavern of ghoulishness from 4.30pm. Activities include a Halloween disco, themed games, a scary photo-booth and pumpkin decorating.  There will also be additional spooky goings- on for all performances.

The main performance is offering patrons (aged 8 upwards) to enter the mysterious world of Count Orlock and delight in a deliciously terrifying evening from the ever inventive French company, Bob Theatre with their spine-tingling staging of the classic vampire story, Nosferatu.

A young lawyer named Hutter travels from his small town to the Carpathian mountains to close a sale for a mysterious Count. Despite the nasty surprises and bad omens he encounters on the way, he continues his journey to the crumbling castle where he is welcomed by Count Orlock – a strange and sinister individual who looks a bit like a bat but also a bit like a garlic clove…

Humour, horror and unconventional objects make this inventive French adaptation of the classic supernatural story the perfect Halloween treat.
