Action drama Strike Back: Shadow Warfare returns to Sky 1 later this month.
Philip Winchester and Sullivan Stapleton flex their muscles and resume their roles as Sgt Michael Stonebridge and Damien Scott respectively, and, this time, they’re joined by new cast additions; Robson Green (pictured), Dougray Scott and Martin Clunes.
Personal leave cut short, Stonebridge and Scott are reunited with their Section 20 cohorts, namely Maj Rachel Dalton (Rhona Mitra) and Sgt Julie Richmond (Michelle Lukes), when one of their own is killed during a deadly operation. A few things have changed around the Crib, though, most noticeably the presence of Lt Colonel Philip Locke (Robson Green), who has stepped in to take charge of the team’s mission to bring down Al-Zuhari, an Iranian terrorist and high-flyer on the FBI’s Most Wanted list, with devastating plans for the West. Along the way, Stonebridge and Scott encounter a wealthy rogue operative (Dougray Scott), a former MI6 agent (Martin Clunes) and a whole lot of incendiary obstacles.
The first episode of Strike Back: Shadow Warfare will be On Demand from 22nd October. The series launches on 28th October at 9pm on Sky 1 and the HD Sky 1. The show is also available to view on the move with Sky Go.
