Olympian and Splash! star Tom Daley has seemingly been enjoying the taste of Doughnuts.

Celebrities, including popular diver Daley and singer Peter Andre, have been discovering Dum Dum Doughnuts at the Westfield Stratford stand. Taking to Twitter and Instagram yesterday, Dustin Lance Black described boyfriend Tom Daley as ‘hypnotised’ by a tray of the mouth-watering treats.

Dum Dum Doughnuts are freshly baked, the company keen to stress to us at ATV Today they don’t fry their tasty rings.

The doughnuts are handmade and significantly lower in fat doughnuts, made fresh daily at the brand’s patisserie in South England. Amongst Dums Dum Doughnuts selection, hand baked using a traditional yet patented baking method, is the world-famous Dum Dum Cronut, as well as the Baked Croissant Doughnut; a creation exclusive to Dum Dums. – Dum Dums

Now before you tut at Tom, a sportsman, for having a fatty treat the company also tell us that their products are not fattening like the American counterparts which usually contain around 17 grams of fat. The British Dum Dums only contain around 6 grams of fat.

Creator, patisserie owner and artisan chef Paul Hurley, 32, is behind Dum Dum Doughnuts. He started his career more than 15 years ago working for a number of high-profile doughnut brands. Through business deals with several leading supermarket and coffee chains, Paul set about perfecting a doughnut low in fat, using only natural ingredients and yet uncompromising the taste.

Following his success at Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre during the latter part of 2013, Dum Dum Doughnuts are to launch the first EVER Donutterie in Box Park, Shoreditch.
