Good Morning Britain host and Strictly Come Dancing finalist Susanna Reid hosted the UK Fashion and Textile Awards 2014 last night at Tobacco Dock, London.
Popular morning personality Reid fronted the event wearing Ariella Couture, as the fashion world came together to celebrate this year’s winners with awards presented by Lilah Parsons, Jo Wood, Brix Start-Smith, Jack Guinness and Jade Parfitt. Further guests of the prestigious event included Zara Martin, Noelle Reno, and Kristina Blahnik.
Following the announcement of the awards where winners included Christopher Raeburn for UKFT award winner for the third time as he was awarded the UKFT Menswear Brand, Margaret Howell for UKFT Womanswear Brand Award House of Holland won the prestigious UKFT Designer Award, H&M pour Isobel Marant won MyDaily UKFT Designer Collaboration Award.and Dame Margaret Barbour was honoured with the NatWest UKFT Outstanding Achievement Award for her exceptional and long-standing contribution to the fashion industry
Lilah Parsons took to the decks during the after party, which got everyone dancing into the late hours of the night. The winners were seen enjoying the night of exclusive drinks, true to character Jack Guinness was first one the dance floor. Sadie Frost was unable to make the awards resulting in a last minute stand in from Lilah Parsons. Jo Wood also announced exclusively that she is set to be a grandmother for the eighth time.
