The Active Channel moves to new slot on SKY

Popular fitness network, The Active Channel, has moved to a new slot within the sports section of the Sky service the healthy broadcaster has announced.

The channel content however remains the same with its top health, fitness, nutrition, documentaries and sport programming 24 hours a day every day for free now on Sky Channel 449 and Freesat Channel 408.

Highlighted on the channel include Raw Kitchen, a cookery show dedicated to raw food; Fit Britain: Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor, a series following the darts champion as he loses seven stone in weight and Celebrity Trainer, featuring trainer Ricardo Macedo whose clients include Strictly Come Dancing star Natalie Lowe.

Also featured are the High Voltage Series with bodybuilding champions Dean Ash and Neale Cranwell, the Perfect Fitness Body series with IFBB Pro Louise Rogers and exclusive workouts with trainer to the stars, Zee Shredded Diesel. We also showcase exclusive interviews with many Hollywood Stars, including Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.
