Pick of the Plots: Tuesday May 14th
The latest goings on in EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors.
Kush worries when Bex over exerts herself running and after insisting she’s fine, Bex is stunned to find Keanu waiting for her at home. As Keanu quizzes her about Louise, Keanu picks up her pills making her panic. Later, Keanu confronts Louise who shares some harsh words with him. As Keanu drowns his sorrows in The Vic, Linda asks Sharon to help. When Keanu storms off to his car, Sharon tries her best to support him.
Meanwhile, Karen meets up with Darren and asks him to speak to Dinah but when she finds Dinah writing future birthday cards for Bailey her concerns grow.
Elsewhere, Max focuses his efforts on managing Iqra and Habiba, but when Rainie gives him a hard time for not pulling his weight, he admits them working together isn’t working.
Also, Jack lets his guard down with Mel; Kush hides his dismay when Stacey sets Kat up on a date with Martin’s supplier; Callum receives a letter from the army; and Kathy gets some lifechanging news.
EastEnders, Tuesday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
Lisa admits to Zak that she is frightened of dying and wonders what will happen when she goes. Zak vows to be there for Lisa, but is heartbroken and struggling to cope. As Zak goes missing, will he return home safely
Meanwhile, Priya urges David to make a decision.
Elsewhere, conflicted Moira hides the truth; Robert offers Victoria a respite; Rhona has an awkward reunion; and Harriet offers her support.
Emmerdale, Tuesday at 7pm and 8pm on ITV, STV and UTV.
Liam finds Mercedes upset and tells her to come with him for some fun. They see Harry’s car and decide to take it for a spin. Whilst driving home, they end up arguing, which leads to the car swerving in to some roadworks.
Meanwhile. Harry has borrowed money from James after getting a mysterious text message. He goes to meet this person with the cash but when he gets to where his car was parked, it’s not there. Harry doesn’t report it, suspecting Romeo.
Elsewhere, Breda takes a mallet and tarpaulin out of the boot of her car, planning an attack on her next victim. Breda hears footsteps and waits, holding a mallet up about to attack.
Also, Farrah tells Grace about Canada.
Hollyoaks, Tuesday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
Daniel pretends he has a date with a patient to make Zara jealous – but she isn’t.
Ruhma notices that Sid is not being his usual self, so he confides in her that he’s found out his mother had a stillbirth and he wasn’t an only child. He now understands why she is so protective of him but is hurt that they didn’t tell him about it.
Ruhma thinks they may have been finding it hard to deal with and this gets Sid thinking that he could talk to them as if he were their doctor and not their son. Ruhma can’t help but wonder if Sid is opening a can of worms.
