At No.25, Cindy steps in to help Peter who has been on his own all night with the baby. Lauren finds Peter at the café and tries to explain, but he’s not in the mood and leaves for Jimmy’s hospital appointment without her. Honey sees the whole thing and has a heart to heart with Lauren about Jimmy’s diagnosis.
At the hospital, Peter is warmed by an encounter with a fellow patient and returns home full of hope, but it’s not long before he and Lauren come to blows when he discovers she almost relapsed. Peter breaks up with Lauren, and insists he’s going to fight for custody of their sons.
Meanwhile, Cindy is getting ready for The Albert’s re-launch, but she is hurt when George tells her that Gina and Anna won’t be there. After Felix and Freddie mention the poor ticket sales, the three of them head to the Square to try and get Walford buzzing about the launch. However, things take a turn for the worse when Cindy and Elaine start arguing. George intervenes. Elaine later decides to host karaoke night on the day of the re-launch, much to Cindy’s dismay.
Elsewhere, Kat and Alfie put the wheels in motion for their new limo venture as Kat meets with Cheeky to discuss a price for the limo. Cheeky insists a higher cash offer so Kat asks Phil for an early advance on their divorce settlement and agrees to sign a deal. At the last minute, Cheeky reveals Kat must take on his silent business partner.
Elsewhere, Priya and Avani dismiss Barney when he tries to apologise for his behaviour.
Also, Kojo takes George to view some flats with him.

As Hollyoaks returns to business as usual for some, others struggle to move past the recent tragedy.
Mercedes is concerned about troubled Freddie. While searching Freddie’s memory box, she finds a letter addressed to her, which stops her in her tracks. It’s a letter from Warren that Freddie intercepted to stop him reaching her.
Mercedes goes to confront Freddie… Later, on the city walls, Mercedes waits for the author of the letter as Warren Fox returns… A heartbroken Sienna is determined to find out the truth and vows to find her granddaughter.

Dana raves to John about how excited she it so become an aunty. Unfortunately, John’s still a bit of a downer after the failed engagement. Mackenzie passes them and invites Dana for a coffee, hoping to maintain their friendship despite Harper and Tane’s breakup. It’s not as easy for them to see eye to eye as they may have hoped. Dana’s adamant that Tane’s the one who caused all the hurt in the failed engagement, but Mackenzie believes he had every good intention at heart.
Tension rises between Roo and Marilyn over concerns (or startling lack thereof) about Eliza not answering any calls while out in the bush with Harper, who’s in labour. Irene suddenly realises that no one would have told Dana what’s going on. She rushes off to call her and let her know. Meanwhile, Leah comforts Marilyn, allowing her to vent about the fact that Roo won’t even acknowledge that there’s something more complicated going on with Eliza.
Harper’s sobbing, in pain and terrified of giving birth in the dangerous wilderness. Tane’s frustrated there’s still no ambulance and calls them and hands the phone to Levi, who gives the emergency services team the details of Harper’s condition. Levi reassures Harper the ambulance is on the way. Behind them, Eliza takes out her phone and starts recording. In Tane’s comforting arms, Harper screams through the last few pushes, and Levi is ready to deliver the baby. For a moment, everyone’s transfixed, as they wait for the baby’s first cry. Finally, it rings out and everyone is awash with relief. Levi hands the baby to Harper, and all the pain of the past few weeks shrinks as the new parents embrace their child for the first time.
At the hospital, Dana rushes down the hall to finally meet her nephew. Harper and Tane hold a newfound mutual admiration for the way they each handled the traumatic birth. This little unconventional family is going to be okay. Meanwhile, Roo tries to comfort Eliza after what she assumes was a traumatic afternoon, but Eliza’s completely unfazed. She pulls out the video to show Roo, expecting her to share in the fascination with it all. Roo’s shocked that Eliza filmed the birth – without being asked to do so.
At the hospital, just when everything seemed to be okay, Harper starts haemorrhaging. After hours of waiting, Tane’s by her side when she wakes. But she asks him to leave. The pain of her heartbreak is back.

When Terese arrives home, she’s confused to find Thomas there with Paul. After searching his things, they discover a leger from Chelsea, stating she’s left Thomas in Paul’s care. Chelsea and Remi arrive looking for Chelsea and are appalled to discover what’s happened. Cara decides it’s best if she and Remi take Thomas back to their place, but Paul is firm – Chelsea’s intent was for Thomas to be with him. Cara grudgingly agrees not to disturb him at the moment and asks Paul to drop him off in the morning.
However, the following day Paul reveals to his family that he has no intention of going against Chelsea’s wishes or handing Thomas over. When he fails to make the drop off, he and Cara have a heated argument, leaving Terese and Remi to intervene before things boil over. Leo warns Paul to be careful, since he’s not Thomas’s biological father he technically has no standing in his life, but Paul vows to fight on. Terese tries to persuade him by pointing out that they need to play this smarter and if they don’t have legal rights they’ll need to get the Varga-Murphys back on side if they don’t want to lose Thomas completely.
Paul reluctantly gives Thomas to Cara, hoping for a commitment that he can continue being a part of Thomas’s life – however, Cara is vague.
The Harris family is preparing for Amanda’s memorial but are shocked when Jane announces she won’t be attending. Still riddled with guilt over her poor relationship with her mother, and the way Amanda died, she believes she doesn’t deserve to be there. It’s Sadie who gets her across the line, pointing out how much it meant to Amanda to have people make a fuss over her. Jane shows up, but Sadie’s words have also got her thinking… not just about her own guilt but how self-centred Amanda could be as well.
Jane gives an impassioned speech at the memorial, finally allowing herself to admit her anger at her mother as well as her sadness. Aher this catharsis, Jane and the Harris family join Amanda’s lawyer for the reading of her will. He reveals that Amanda’s estate is to be liquidated and held in a trust for a scholarship for students studying fashion and beauty – administered by Sadie Rodwell.
Karl keeps working at his plan, making Darcy believe he’s still taking the supplements Darcy is providing him.
