NJ Casino research reveals that Adele is the most popular Vegas residency with 28 out of 50 states searching for her show run. Reaching over 959,000 searches on average each year — equivalent to 79,930 every month with California and Washington being among the highest searchers. Such popularity has prompted the star to add an extra 34 shows to her residency! You can catch Adele at Caesars Palace from mid-June to November 2023.

Usher is the second most popular with 20 US states searching for tickets to see him perform. Usher’s residency, also at Caesars Palace, has been searched over a million times across the US annually, that’s over 230,000 more searches than Adele in our top spot (959,160). Texas, New York and Georgia are among the states with the highest searches for the artist. Usher has also extended his residency and can be found at the Park MGM until October 2023.
Bruno Mars and Barry Manilow, in joint third, are the most searched artists in residency in just one state, Nevada and West Virginia, respectively. Bruno Mars accumulates 429,720 searches annually for his run, whilst Barry Manilow is searched 97,080 times each year. A 77% decrease in comparison to Bruno.
NJ Casino sought to discover which Las Vegas artist residency is most popular in the US. To do so a seed list of over 40 Las Vegas residencies was collated from reputable online websites, including Vegas Magazine and Good Morning America. The residency artists were filtered by shows commencing in 2020 then Google Adwords Keyword Planner was utilized to calculate the average monthly online searches in relation to each artist’s residency.
The results were multiplied by 12 for the average yearly online searches. NJ Casino accounted for alternate online search variations of residency; ‘Adele residency’, ‘Adele Vegas Residency’, ‘Adele Vegas tickets’ etc. Some artists were omitted where search data was not available. The highest searched residency in each state was recorded.
