Barbie is returning to the big screen this weekend to celebrate Barbie Day…

The biggest blockbuster of 2023, Barbie, is returning to Showcase Cinemas nationwide. To celebrate National Barbie Day on March 9^th, Greta Gerwig’s cultural phenomenon, starring Margot Robbie as the titular character, is coming back to the big screen for just £6.99.

What’s more, all ticket holders who wear pink can claim a free scoop of ice cream, to make their trip to the cinema that little bit sweeter. The film, which took the world by storm less than two years ago, follows the journey of the iconic doll as she is exiled from Barbie Land.

Forced to navigate the real world, Barbie embarks on a life-changing adventure, discovering that her differences are what make her powerful. Not only did the film become a social media sensation upon its release, it also garnered significant critical acclaim, with Academy Award nods for Best Supporting Actor (Ryan Gosling), Best Supporting Actress (America Ferrera) and Best Adapted Screenplay.
