Today’s storylines from the UK and Australian soaps…
Sonia is torn as she ponders whether it’s time to say goodbye to Walford. Bianca turns to Kat and Freddie for support.
Sonia goes in search of Stacey, but Jean and Harvey reveal she isn’t coping, and Sonia heads to No.31 to support her friend. Stacey and Sonia share a warm moment as they support each other in their time of need,
Meanwhile, Priya and Ravi continue to worry about Avani. They rile at Jack and ask him to escalate their complaint at the station. Later, Jack encourages Priya to get Avani to make a formal complaint, but Avani is against the idea.
Elsewhere, Nicola returns from holiday and is shocked to learn that Zack is training Barney.
Also, Jean steps in to help Nigel after his dementia leads him to confuse the pharmacy for the old video shop he used to work, and takes him back to Phil’s. Phil covers, but it’s clear Jean isn’t convinced.

Sean asks Glenda if she can lend him £500. She wonders if he’s in some sort of trouble. The pressure is on for Sean, as Brody is pushing for his cash by the end of the day.
When George and Eileen discover that Julie’s collection jar at the factory is empty, George reveals that Sean asked Glenda for £500. Has Sean really stopped so low as to steal a dying woman’s collection money?
Sean heads up Victoria Street and texts Brody to tell him he’s got the cash and he’s at the meeting point as instructed.
Meanwhile, Debbie asks Kevin and Abi to help her try the wedding menu and tells them all that no expense has been spared. When Kevin has to go home as he isn’t feeling well, Carl confides in Abi that his business in Germany is about to go bust. Abi assures him that Kevin will understand if he needs to fly back but Kevin’s gutted and wishes he could help. What will Carl do?
Elsewhere, Dee-Dee attends a meeting with a rep from the Patient Advice and Liaison Service who assures her they are investigating her complaint and Zoe, the midwife, was to blame. Outside the hospital, Dee-Dee finds Asha and Zoe in deep discussion. Zoe tells Dee-Dee that she’s sorry for what she went through but none of it was her fault.
Asha calls at Dee-Dee’s flat and begs her to think twice about her complaint as it could ruin Zoe’s career. Dee-Dee stands her ground and points out that she was a victim of racism. Dee-Dee bumps into Wes on the street and recognises him from the hospital, unaware that he’s Zoe’s brother.
Also, when Lou offers to help out with the kids so that Chesney can take the job Dev has offered him working the festival in London, Gemma’s grateful. Having spotted an advert for a stylist in the salon window, Lou and Gemma call in. Lou makes out she’s an accomplished stylist and with Gemma’s backing, persuades Audrey to give her a trial. Audrey wonders what she’s let herself in for.
Todd tells Theo that he accepts he can’t make any commitment but he really likes him. Sarah returns to the flat and when Theo’s phone buzzes with a text, Todd thrusts the phone at Sarah and begs her to go and find Theo in Speed Daal. What will she do?

Caleb finally settles on a plan and tears down a light fixture in his office as a ploy to get Noah on his own. Whilst Noah tends to the light fixture, Caleb subtly grills him about Joe.
Meanwhile, Dawn feels like a fraud as she avoids Billy yet again. Later, she gives Joe her decision.
Elsewhere, John apologises to Aaron for yesterday’s reaction about the wedding. Aaron is surprised when John seems reflective and eager to talk about his faults in the relationship.

Abigail and Levi are on their way to breakfast when they run into Mali. Abigail invites him along, but he declines, busy with work. Upstairs at Salt, Levi finds Eden under the pump and offers to help – with Xander away, she needs all the help she can get. Abigail decides to help too and gets the day off from the board shop. Unfortunately, Eden’s not so sure that she has the time and energy to supervise her inexperienced little sister, who she promptly catches serving alcohol without an RSA. Abigail stiffly corrects her though – those were mocktails, and she needs to chill.
When Levi checks in on the tension between his sisters, Eden begrudgingly owns up that she was wrong. Of course, Abigail relishes this moment, and Levi joins in on the banter. After things have quietened down, Eden and Levi admit they’re impressed by how good Abigail’s been. She takes the compliment in stride and reveals that, if they’d asked, she would also have let them know that she does in fact have an RSA.
Dana and Rose grab coffee, both apologetic for their run-in yesterday. Rose admits she isn’t quite at home in The Bay without Xander, and Dana asks if she’s thinking of moving away. Rose isn’t sure, and just wants to focus on packing her brother’s things for the moment. Dana offers her help, and they head to Rose’s to get started.
Mali’s irritated when he finds Kirby working on a song instead of doing her job at the board shop, and he decides to put his foot down and confiscate her songbook. She in turn accuses Mali of favouring his girlfriend, given that she has the shift off. When he does pop upstairs to check on Abigail, he hears that Xander’s not coming back, and immediately goes to Rose. She puts on a front for her ex, but later admits the extent of her anger – she moved to The Bay for Xander, and he just ups and leaves?!
Mali apologises to Kirby, returning her notebook. She tells him that since Lyrik ended, she’s had to ask herself what her life looks like without music. She promises to focus on work when she’s at the board shop, but in life, music’s her priority. She needs to find a way to keep it in her life. Mali hears that Rose might not be handling Xander’s departure from The Bay too well, and cancels dinner with Abigail to check on her. He doesn’t mention who he’s cancelled the dinner for though…
Home and Away airs 1:45pm on Channel 5, at 6pm on 5STAR with first-look screenings of the following edition at 6:30 pm. The series also streams on 5.
Rattled JJ doesn’t know what to make of Nell’s drawing, or the status of their relationship. His questioning eventually wears her down and, needing to speak to someone, Nell opens up about what really happened on the night Seb died. She tells JJ that Sebastian grabbed her, thinking she was Fallon, and terrified, she pushed him away.
After running off, Nell tried to put the incident out of her mind but when she got home from visiting family in Colac, she found out Seb had died in their altercation. With Leo being tried for the murder, Nell can’t tell anyone what really happened and is desperate to leave the country.
However, with Terese and Toadie deciding to keep her in school in Erinsborough, she feels stuck. When JJ learns that Leo’s legal team hope to prove that Seb’s death might have been an accident, he convinces Nell that Leo will probably go free and she doesn’t ever have to tell the truth. Can their plan really work?
Leo’s defence team have found a forensic specialist who might be able to introduce enough doubt in the prosecution’s case to save him from going to jail. With this new potential ace in the hole, Leo can finally relax a little and see his life as a free man. With Krista and Byron’s support, he might beat the murder charge. However, he faces a new threat when Sebastian’s father, Stan, comes to town and threatens to make Leo’s life hell for killing his son.
Both Cara and Taye are struggling with Cara’s new role as Lassiters’ Compliance Officer.
When Cara uncovers yet another staff misdemeanour, she realises this is becoming too much for her. Meanwhile, Taye is unhappy at becoming a pariah at work, with all his colleagues assuming he’s the one snitching on them to Cara. With Cara and Taye sniping at each other at work and at home, it doesn’t take much for Taye to lose his cool and declare that he’s moving out of No 32.

Obsessed by the memory of Gillian threatening to kill him, Jonathon opens up to Mikey. Insisting he’s got it wrong, Mikey suggests Jonathon is over tired and needs some sleep.
At work, Mikey asks Gillian about Jonathon’s accusation, leading her to reveal she doesn’t regret saying it. Gillian urges Mikey to be careful but he deflects, insisting Jonathon’s a changed man and would forgive him, no matter what.
Back home, Mikey downplays Gillian’s threats saying they were made in the heat of the moment after Jonathon assaulted him. Encouraging Jonathon to focus on their future together not their past, Mikey is stunned when his husband threatens to call the police on Gillian, forcing a shock confession.
Elsewhere, Carly is elated to discover she got the job – starting next week.
Dean is over-the-moon for his friend and urges her to tell her dad her good news. Worried he won’t want her to move away to England, Carly’s stung when Tommy urges her to grab the opportunity, assuming he doesn’t value their relationship as much as she does.
Conor and Chloe go for lunch with Amber and Angus, enjoying their shared experiences as excited parents-to-be. However, when the conversation turns to the costs of raising a child, Conor experiences a terrifying reality check and ends up feeling completely overwhelmed.
